Advanced Communication Systems Project Manager

A leading technology company specializes in secure communication systems, designing and building cutting-edge solutions for critical applications. We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our advanced communication systems projects.
The Opportunity
As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for guiding and managing all aspects of our communication systems projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality assurance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Lead and manage all aspects of communication systems projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Commercial & Contractual Oversight: Supervise commercial and contractual agreements, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks effectively.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams on tender management and contract preparation, and with interdisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration and execution.
- Experience & Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience managing complex projects within Air Traffic Control, Naval, or Defense Communication Systems.
- Professional Certification: A Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI, or IPMA Level C).
- Technical Acumen: Extensive expertise in systems engineering models, integrating diverse technologies, and managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Business Savvy: Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively bridge technology and business objectives.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, results-oriented, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
