Key responsibilities:

  • Detect and resolve technical issues related to the Card Access System, Networks, Windows/Linux Servers, and Integrated Security Systems">
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize system performance and achieve business objectives">
  • Monitor spare parts availability to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system functionality">
  • Stay up-to-date with equipment installed end-of-life/end-of-support to prevent any potential disruptions">

Required qualifications & experience:

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting CCTV, Door Access, and Alarm systems">
  • Previous experience with 24/7 standby is highly preferred">
