Job Title: Educational Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with children in interactive lessons, supervising and supporting primary school kids in completing their daily homework, maintaining regular communication with parents and guardians about children's progress and behaviour.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver interactive lesson plans for students to ensure academic success
  • Support students with homework completion and provide additional support as needed to address knowledge gaps
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behaviour to foster a collaborative environment
  • Ensure safe and timely transfer of students from school to the centre
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain the cleanliness of the centre

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in education or a related field with a strong focus on child development
  • Excellent work ethics and integrity to establish trust with parents and guardians
