Process Improvement SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support of assigned processes.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain documentation such as batch production records, operation procedures, critical analysis and key controlled parameter documents.
  • Practice good project management and cost control.
  • Develop, maintain and ensure compliance with process control plans quality assurance plans and procedures.
  • Manage process ownership of several components at a time with competing demands and tight deadlines.
  • Work closely with QA to ensure seamless integration of processes.
  • Handle documentation and Epicor system requirements.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Manufacturing or Mechanical fields with more than 3 years relevant experience.
  • Able to multi-task and handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities.
  • Knowledge on production routing and scheduling is preferred.
  • Good team player with strong communication skills.
  • Committed individual with a passion for process improvement.
