The ideal candidate for this role will be a high-energy professional responsible for leading and growing the corporate sales and leasing portfolio.
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities with SMEs, corporates, fleet operators and logistics firms
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement heads, HR, and operations managers
- Promote and present suitable vehicle models and leasing packages for each client's needs
- Partner operations and finance teams to structure competitive proposals and leasing terms
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to generate leads and increase brand presence
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines to close high-value deals
- Maintain a pipeline and regularly report on KPIs, forecasted revenue, and client feedback
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements related to parallel imports and fleet leasing
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the corporate sales and leasing portfolio
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, commerce or other related disciplines
- At least 5 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales and/or Marketing
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, leasing, or related fields
- Strong business acumen with ability to identify client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly
- Experience in building and managing a high performing sales team
- Strong key account management skills and experience
- Knowledge of vehicle types, specifications, and basic leasing principles is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets
- Strong proficiency in English with Chinese proficiency as a bonus
- Class 3 driving license preferred
