We are seeking a seasoned AI expert to join our team. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the development of our solutions in the defense and military sectors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions for defense and military applications.
  • Collaborate with customers, federal agencies, and partners to understand their needs and translate them into project plans.
  • Engage with multiple internal and external teams to prioritize deliverables and apply product safety and security requirements effectively.
  • Mitigate and control project and financial risks in a timely manner.
  • Determine headcount and skill matrix for specific and general program execution tasks and support recruitment activities.
  • Create and apply business development and relationship strategies for the defense and military sectors.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record as a solutions architect in the defense, military, or related professional service industries.
  • Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams within organizational-wide digital transformations programs.
  • Proven ability in managing complex and large-scale defense and security programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in responsible and robust application of AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing AI development and deployment in defense.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Understanding of international security dynamics and the role of AI in geopolitical contexts.
  • Passion and interest in applied research on the safe and responsible use of AI.
