AI/ML Solutions Expert

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in designing and deploying scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI/ML solutions using AWS services.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical experience across the AI spectrum, including traditional ML and deep learning, as well as Generative AI and Agentic AI. They will be proficient with commercial and open-source technologies, including popular frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, and PyTorch.
We are looking for someone who can serve as a thought leader in the AI/ML space by developing compelling technical content and practical implementations showcasing modern AI architectures. The successful candidate will build and nurture an internal AWS community of AI/ML experts and establish best practices for emerging technologies.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation and enterprise requirements, architecting production-grade solutions that are reliable, well-governed, and compliant with industry standards.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining technical trusted advisor relationships with influential technical decision-makers, serving as a subject matter expert on AI/ML architecture patterns and MLOps practices, and collaborating with AWS teams to accelerate customer success with AI/ML implementations.
The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage AWS customers at any level, from executives to developers. Previous experience with AWS is desired but not required.
