Front Desk Officer for Depot Road Client

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Front Desk Customer Service Officer at our client ST Engineering located in Depot Road.
About the RoleThis is a 2-year contract position, offering a competitive salary of $2000-$3000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome visitors with a polite and cheerful disposition, ensuring a positive experience from the outset.
- Efficiently register and enroll visitors using facial recognition technology.
- Manage queues and crowds effectively, providing timely assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate and updated visitor records, adhering to PDPA requirements.
- Oversee key management, including issue, return, and accounting for all keys daily.
- Demonstrate multitasking abilities, working efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Respond promptly to public inquiries and requests, aligning with guidelines and policies.
- Monitor attendance and prepare reports as necessary.
- Comply with SOPs, policies, guidelines, and processes.
- Show flexibility in adjusting rosters as required.
- Support digitization efforts by organizing and updating records, scanning documents, and uploading them to the system.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Be adaptable and able to learn quickly in response to changing situations.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a good command of English (written and spoken).
- Be proficient in common software applications.
- WSQ certification in customer service is an asset.
This role requires working Monday through Friday, 9:30am-7:00pm, at our Depot Road location.
