Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all children.
  • Develop and acquire necessary resources to support the curriculum.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and foster open dialogue and transparency.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Centre Manager, aligning with organisational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advance Certificate in Early Years (ACEY).
  • Achieve Long-term Objective (LON): EY1/EY2, ensuring career growth and professional development.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration within a team environment.
