Job Title: Early Childhood Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Development Specialist to join our team.

  • Build respectful, responsive, and reciprocal relationships with infants and toddlers through collaborative efforts with families and community stakeholders.

  • Cultivate partnerships with families and community stakeholders to support children's learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's learning and development progress.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues in implementing best practices in caregiving and teaching methods.
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to service quality enhancement.

Additional responsibilities include advocacy, professional development, and service quality improvement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent childcare skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working in early childhood education.
