We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Services Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the M&E construction industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering tenders, including cost estimation, technical proposals, and submission coordination. They will also be responsible for sourcing and following up with suppliers/sub-contractors to gather quotations and ensure timely costing input.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Administering ACMV/Electrical tenders, including cost estimation, technical proposals, and submission coordination.
  • Sourcing and following up with suppliers/sub-contractors to gather quotations and ensure timely costing input.
  • Taking off quantities from drawings, preparing costing summaries, and managing all tender-related documentation.
  • Identifying scope of work and commercial risks, and studying tender addenda to ensure accuracy of proposals.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market pricing trends and ensuring competitive yet compliant tender submissions.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of related experience in the M&E construction industry. Singaporean nationals only will be considered.
