Cost Center Controlling and Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cost Center Controlling and Planning Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for focusing on cost center controlling and planning activities for the ASEAN Regional Headquarters.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Focusing on cost center controlling and planning activities for the ASEAN Regional Headquarters in Singapore, including collaborating across functional departments for developing and adjusting budgets and forecasts of P&L, Balance sheet, Headcount.
  • Driving process streamlining, digitalization, and automation within the finance team.
  • Responsible for regular updates of management reports, presentations, projects, and financial analysis of various KPIs (e.g., new digital tools that will enhance overall performance and introduce them within the zone).

Requirements:
  • You hold a successfully completed Bachelor's Degree in Controlling, Accounting, or Finance.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Controlling/Finance and Digitalization.
  • You have a strong understanding of business finance terms, processes, and management. Prior knowledge and experience in SAP is preferred.
  • You have experience in Project Management and managing multiple stakeholders.

Your Personality and Skills:
  • You are highly collaborative, interacting cross-functionally with several departments of the business.
  • You are required to work with our latest technology and therefore be willing to learn about new software tools and hardware solutions.
  • You possess strong communication skills and can clearly articulate and present concepts.
  • You have very good presentation skills and show team orientation.
  • You possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI etc.).
