Process Optimization Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing efficient processes to drive production excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process sequences from raw materials receipt to finished parts shipment.
- Design and develop new processes using solid modeling and create/update work instructions in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Create CNC code/programs for machining and design toolings, fixtures, and gauges.
- Implement special processes such as heat treatment, brazing, EDM, shot peening, and welding.
- Conduct pre-production pilot runs and training for associates.
- Provide technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements.
- Liaise with OEMs on product requirements, process qualifications, and technology development.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Mechanical/Materials/Aeronautical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in precision engineering in a manufacturing environment with proficiency in CAD software.
- Experience in special processes such as heat treatment, brazing, EDM, shot peening, and welding is advantageous.
