Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to end-users and ensure the smooth operation of video conferencing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video conferencing systems.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of video conferencing equipment.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on video conferencing tools and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ITE or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
