Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction sales, with a strong network of established interior designers or architect consultants. You must possess a hunter mindset, being comfortable with building business leads from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business development efforts by identifying, engaging, and securing new clients or project leads.
  • Contribute to showcasing completed projects as part of our company portfolio.
  • Coordinate and oversee installation projects from planning to completion.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to water heaters.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, administrative documents, and related paperwork.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
  • Source, order, and manage procurement of required goods and materials.
  • Maintain proactive communication and follow-up with project teams and clients.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of water heater systems, products, and specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in construction sales with a strong pool of network with established interior designers or architect consultants.
  • Hunter mindset, able to build business leads from scratch.
  • Candidates from competitor brands may have an advantage.
