About Our Role

Our firm is seeking a skilled professional to lead Transaction Support engagements and perform financial due diligence. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leading, project management, and business development.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead Transaction Support teams and execute projects from start to finish.
  2. Perform financial due diligence and other aspects of buyside support services.
  3. Assist clients with assimilation of target companies for corporate growth.
  4. Support advisory work such as valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and business planning.
  5. Work closely with directors on client management, practice development, and business development activities.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy or Business.
  • Professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA) is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years auditing experience acquired within an accounting or professional services firm.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management, and operate well within a team environment.
