About the Role

We are seeking an Investment Manager to join our team in Singapore. This individual will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions within the logistics and industrial real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Capital Transaction Strategies: Grow ESR's logistics real estate portfolio in Singapore by identifying opportunities and negotiating deals.
  2. Cultivate Relationships with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with logistics occupiers, investors, brokers, landowners, and key industry stakeholders.
  3. Market and Site Analysis: Conduct market and site analysis with a focus on logistics demand drivers, infrastructure connectivity, and supply chain dynamics.
  4. Presentation and Deal Structuring: Present investment opportunities and business proposals to internal and external stakeholders, lead deal structuring, pricing analysis, due diligence coordination, and commercial negotiations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in real estate investment, capital transactions, or business development – ideally within logistics, industrial, or commercial property.
  • Understanding of Logistics Real Estate Fundamentals: Deep understanding of logistics real estate fundamentals, including warehousing trends, occupier needs, and capital flows.
  • Network and Skills: Strong network of industry contacts in the Singapore logistics and property investment market, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercially savvy with strong financial acumen and analytical capability.
