Advanced Analytics Expert Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Analytics Expert to join our team. This role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to build innovative ML systems and drive business value through analytics solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in distributed computing, machine learning, and statistics, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced analytical and statistical methods to solve complex business problems
  • Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and designers to build end-to-end analytics solutions
  • Lead the application of deep learning advances to improve business performance and identify high-potential ML R&D initiatives
  • Work with leadership and client executives to map business problems to analytics and AI solutions
  • Mentor other data scientists and help them grow
  • Influence and shape the R&D roadmap for our organization, especially on deep learning

You will work closely with diverse, talented data science teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions that drive real-world results.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, master's or PhD in computer science, machine learning, statistics, mathematics, engineering or AI
  • 5+ years of deep technical experience in distributed computing, ML, and statistics
  • Programming experience in Python, R, Scala, SQL
  • Knowledge of distributed computing or NoSQL technologies (a bonus)
  • Client-facing skills and experience in data warehousing or ML projects
  • Proven application of advanced analytical and statistical methods in industry
  • Demonstrated leadership (thought leadership or people leadership)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts
  • Knowledge in prompt engineering and GenAI application development
  • Knowledge of engineering standards, QA/risk management
  • Willingness to travel
