Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of renovation projects from start to finish.

The Project Manager will liaise with vendors, contractors, designers, mall management and clients to ensure timely and smooth project handover within stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage full life cycle renovation projects
  • Ensure site matters tally with design drawing and design intent
  • Track and report on project progress weekly
  • Prepare project timeline for principal's review and present to client for approval prior to starting work
  • Conduct quality checks

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of project management experience
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and contractors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Skills Required:

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality results
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management and best practices
