HPC Builders PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Public Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Public Relation Programmes to meet project goals.
You will work closely with the project team and initiate proactive measures to mitigate complaints. Your role will also involve managing feedback and complaints from external stakeholders, generating reports on received feedback/complaints, drafting publicity materials including circulars, maintaining and attending to hotline phone calls, and supporting the project team with administrative/clerical duties.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Diploma in Public Relations/Communications or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field. You will be required to perform any other duties assigned by management as deemed necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Public Relation Programmes to meet project goals
