About the Role:

This position involves working with the AppBank Operations team to analyze and resolve application issues. You will work closely with team members to identify defects, discrepancies, and trends using code debugging or log analysis techniques. Effective communication with users, application owners, and senior stakeholders across all areas is essential.

  • Improve application stability and performance by observing patterns, recurring failures, and/or issues.
  • Adopt various tools developed by the AppBank Engineering team to automate failures using machine learning techniques.
  • Identify alerts/processes that can be automated and work with the AppBank Engineering team to implement them.
  • Challenge existing application setup, processing, and suggest different ways to solve problems or improve stability.
