We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their maximum potential.
Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate, design, and implement patient care plans that address their unique needs and goals. You will work closely with patients to understand their challenges and develop personalized treatment strategies that promote optimal recovery and functionality.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong foundation in physical therapy principles, practices, and techniques is essential, along with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop personalized care plans
- Design and implement treatment programs that promote optimal recovery and functionality
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- 1-2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a similar setting
- Active licensure or compact privileges in the state where services will be provided
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
