Care Centre Leader Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Care Centre Leader to oversee the smooth operation of multiple student care centres within a designated area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional student care.
- Lead a team of supervisors and programme staff to ensure seamless centre operations.
- Develop and implement effective training plans to enhance staff performance and engagement.
- Monitor and improve classroom management practices across centres to maintain high standards.
- Provide guidance and counselling to students and staff facing behavioural or disciplinary challenges.
- Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field.
- Completion of relevant Student Care-related certifications.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field with proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, be able to multitask, plan manpower effectively, and demonstrate good classroom management skills.
