Job Description:
- Manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality student care programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that promotes student learning and development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, schools, and community partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of educators to achieve high-quality student outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver professional development programs for educators.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team of educators.
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes and developing effective instructional strategies.
Skills:

- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
