Job Title: Senior Cash Operations Associate

Job Summary:

The Senior Cash Operations Associate plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and managing risks. The individual will be responsible for processing and controlling cash functions, ensuring efficient service delivery to clients, and collaborating with colleagues for technical expertise and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconciliation of FX/MM trade confirmations and derivatives
  • Coordination with FX and Treasury desks for trade settlement
  • Follow-up on FX/MM settlement fails to mitigate operational risks
  • Understanding market and process knowledge
  • Managing discrepancies with stakeholders
  • Participating in projects within the Asia Operations team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Banking/Finance
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in FX/MM transactions and settlements
  • Knowledge of FX/MM derivatives and trade confirmations
  • Familiarity with financial products, market infrastructure, regulations, and operational risks
  • Understanding of SWIFT message types
  • Proficiency in Office suite
  • Private Banking experience is a plus
