Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate updates on customer orders, including delivery status and any issues that may arise.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to resolve any concerns or queries they may have.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in order management/fulfillment
  • Diploma Graduate and above
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the aerospace industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

Work Arrangements:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Alternate Saturdays
  • Work location: Gul Circle (Joon Koon)
