Position: Brand and Marketing Specialist

Reports to: Senior Management Team Member

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven marketing expert to develop, manage, and strengthen our brand identity. This role will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all internal and external communications.
  • Create compelling storytelling and positioning to highlight our unique value proposition.

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
  • Manage social media presence, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and design to showcase our offerings.
  • Drive collaborations with partners, vendors, and influencers to strengthen brand visibility.

Event Promotion

  • Support the sales team in creating marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals.
  • Develop promotional strategies for events, exhibitions, and activations.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.

Customer Engagement and Insights

  • Manage customer databases, newsletters, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Gather market research and competitor insights to refine our brand strategy.
  • Create customer touchpoints that enhance the client journey and overall brand experience.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or events industry (hospitality/venue management preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
