Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Printing Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our printing equipment and supplies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling printing machines and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating photocopying machines and peripheral equipment
  • Determining work priorities and scheduling work
  • Maintaining an inventory of paper and supplies
  • Assisting with printing, collating, binding, and distribution materials
  • Diagnosing malfunctions and performing maintenance on duplication machines
  • Maintaining, adjusting, and performing minor repairs to assigned equipment
  • Operating a variety of other equipment such as paper cutting, binding, folding, preserving, and collating machines
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant knowledge and experience in handling printing machines
  • A GCE 'N' or 'O' Level Certificate or its equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
