TCM Training Specialist

As a TCM Physician Trainer/Wellness Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting structured training programs for new and existing staff. You will cover facial treatments, wellness/body therapies, and retail beauty services.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions to enhance the skills of our team members.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new treatment protocols and standards.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training to ensure seamless implementation.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and SOPs to support ongoing growth.
- Evaluate staff performance and offer continuous support and development to drive success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and treatment techniques to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
- A TCM-related qualification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry is essential.
- Strong presentation and communication skills are necessary to engage and motivate our team.
- The ability to communicate and train Mandarin-speaking staff using at least basic Mandarin is required.
- A passion for teaching and inspiring others is crucial for this role.
