Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and implement specialized training programs for TCM physicians and therapists.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials tailored to the specific needs of the participants.
  • Integrate hands-on exercises and case studies to enhance real-world application.
  • Innovate and update training curriculum to align with industry best practices.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

Requirements

  • Possess a solid foundation in TCM principles.
  • Have expertise in delivering effective training programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in TCM or equivalent related qualification.
  • Additional certifications or qualifications related to training and education are a plus.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
