
Research Liaison Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Research Liaison Assistant. This is a temporary position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
As a Research Liaison Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Contacting potential participants via phone or email to discuss their interest in participating in our research studies.
- Screening participants for eligibility and scheduling appointments for study visits.
- Explaining the study information to participants and obtaining their consent before scheduling an appointment.
- Audio-recording all calls for quality control purposes.
- Booking at least 5 appointments per day and ensuring that all slots are filled within the immediate two-week period.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also need to:
- Address any queries from participants and provide necessary informational materials to facilitate the study visit.
- Familiarize yourself with using Zoom for video calls, audio recordings, and screen sharing.
- Be proficient in Excel, particularly in working with large tables, pivot tables, and formulas.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A diploma in any discipline and at least three years of work experience, or 'O' levels with a minimum of ten years of working experience.
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings on weekdays and at least two weekends per month.
- An hourly rate of $13 for hours worked per week.
This is a remote work opportunity, but you must be available to work during regular business hours.
