Job Title: Clinical Research Liaison ">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Serve as a liaison between the Principal Investigator (PI) and site-PI, facilitating communication and collaboration. ">
  • Maintain strong relationships with various departments for clinical research procedures, ensuring seamless execution. ">
  • Adhere to protocol procedure, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance. ">
  • Screen and recruit suitable candidates as research participants, conducting informed consent in accordance with ICH GCP and HBRA requirements. ">
  • Explain protocols to research participants, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. ">
  • Schedule appointments for research subjects within the required time frame, demonstrating effective time management. ">
  • Process blood specimens, sending them to the laboratory for analysis. ">
  • Retrieve case notes, blood results, and other required data, maintaining accurate documentation. ">
  • Collect and perform research procedures, contributing to the advancement of knowledge. ">
  • Maintain patient reimbursement logs and electronic case report forms, ensuring data integrity. ">
  • Document source material for each patient, adhering to protocol requirements. ">
  • Identify, document, and submit protocol deviations to the Institutional Review Board (IRB), following hospital and sponsor procedures. ">
  • Inform PIs and collaborators of any adjustments based on protocol changes. ">
  • Report and follow up on unanticipated problems involving risk to subjects and adverse events. ">
  • Collaborate with the Research Database IT Specialist on extracting patient medical records and data mining. ">
  • May require traveling to research participants' homes. ">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science or equivalent. ">
  • Experience as a Research Assistant is preferred. ">
