About the Role

We are seeking a Presales Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have excellent communication skills.

As a Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients by providing support and deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of our product while helping to drive adoption.

You will work closely with our sales and product teams to determine future product developments that will resonate with the market.

  1. Customer Support: Field support calls, emails, and chats, locally resolving as much as possible. Port tickets out to appropriate teams when needed and retain your position as the customer's point person through resolution.
  2. CUSTOMER HEALTH: Work hand in hand with other departments to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality service to our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Drive customer adoption and retention through effective product demonstrations and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and outside the box.

A strong understanding of customer needs and preferences is essential, as is the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, is highly desirable.
