Job Description

A motivated and enthusiastic individual is sought to join our team as a Residential Solar Sales Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, developing and maintaining relationships with potential customers, conducting technical presentations, and negotiating contracts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Conduct technical presentations to customers and prospects
  • Develop sales proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Understand client/customer requirements, conduct site visits, assess site feasibility, and design solar systems
  • Prepare shop drawings for solar PV systems, including layouts, single-line diagrams, sizing calculations, and bill-of-materials (BOQ)
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong desire and motivation to excel and proactively explore avenues for growth
