Job Description

As a delivery rider, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products. You will work closely with our restaurant teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient delivery processes.

You will achieve this by:

  • Providing delivery services to our customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Achieving targeted delivery service time and accuracy standards
  • Responding to customers' needs immediately in a pleasant and friendly manner
  • FOLLOWING food safety procedures during delivery to ensure high-quality products are delivered to our customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and handling practices
