Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer experiences through all relevant communication channels.

  • Identify customer needs and provide strategic solutions to address those needs.
  • Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments.
  • Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
  • Deliver excellent services to customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma or higher in any field.
  • Preferable 2 years of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
