Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the configuration of Source-to-Pay transformation projects. This hands-on role involves translating business requirements into Ivalua configurations, collaborating with solution architects and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of experience in SaaS solution delivery and holds valid Ivalua certifications.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position that focuses on translating business requirements into Ivalua configurations, collaborating with solution architects and client stakeholders.

  1. Configure Ivalua modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing, Catalogs) to meet client-specific requirements.
  2. Lead functional testing, defect triage, and UAT support across the project lifecycle.
  3. Develop and maintain configuration documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
  4. Ensure consistent application of best practices in configuration, data loading, and workflow setup.
  5. Support integrations with third-party platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and external e-signature or CLM tools.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  1. Work directly with client SMEs and business process owners to gather, clarify, and confirm requirements.
  2. Facilitate configuration walkthroughs and lead training sessions for client teams.
  3. Act as a key liaison during hypercare and post-go-live support phases.
Collaboration & Team Support
  1. Work closely with Ivalua Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and PMs to align on solution design and delivery timelines.
  2. Mentor junior team members on Ivalua platform use, project standards, and delivery approach.
  3. Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and platform enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in Source-to-Pay or Procurement solution delivery, with at least 3+ years directly configuring the Ivalua platform.
  • Must hold Ivalua Certified Configuration Specialist or equivalent certifications (e.g., Ivalua Admin or Functional Module Certification).
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes (RFx, contract management, supplier onboarding, invoicing).
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
