Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Provide expert advice and support to project teams on contractual matters, including extensions of time, variations, and claims.
  • Assess and manage subcontractor claims; mitigate contractual risks and ensure compliance with obligations.
  • Handle disputes, prepare contract documentation, and draft correspondence as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Contract Law.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in contract management within the construction industry.
Skills
  • Forecasting skills to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
  • Excellent team collaboration and leadership skills to drive projects forward.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Ability to assess and manage subcontractor claims effectively.
