Mechanical and Electrical Systems Expert

The role of a Facilities Maintenance Specialist involves ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) services within an estate. This includes maintaining planned maintenance schedules, conducting regular inspections, and upholding the upkeep of common areas.
The key responsibilities of this position include performing weekly checks on M&E systems, minor troubleshooting of failed systems, and carrying out minor repairs and handyman jobs such as fixing fixtures and fittings, and touch-up painting.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for responding to ad-hoc complaints from management, attending to emergency calls, and reinforcing manpower during major breakdowns of M&E equipment. It is also essential to ensure that service contractors conduct servicing properly and in accordance with the service contract.
For this role, candidates should possess a GCE O Level/Nitec qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Building and at least one year of experience in maintaining M&E systems and building facilities. Singaporean nationals are eligible for this position.
