Site Development Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Development Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily site operations to ensure timely execution and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams and external parties.
  2. Monitor and control site productivity, identify and troubleshoot delays, and implement corrective measures to maintain efficiency.
  3. Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project progression and resolve any issues that may arise.
  4. Lead and supervise on-site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality execution.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation of technical and scope-related changes, and analyze project performance to recommend improvements.
  6. Control inventory usage to avoid overstock and minimize waste, and optimize manpower allocation and overtime to enhance cost efficiency.
  7. Submit regular project updates, reports, and incident logs to stakeholders, and enforce safety protocols to promote a safe working environment.
  8. Participate in stakeholder meetings and internal discussions to ensure alignment with company goals, and assist in deploying tools and strategies that enhance productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in site or project supervision.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage site tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Capability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
