eCommerce Project Management Role

This job role entails leading the delivery of ongoing enhancements and support for an eCommerce platform from a global delivery center in India. You will be responsible for managing a team of Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and QAs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Act as the primary liaison with client's PMO and business teams to track progress, address queries, and align priorities.
  • Lead Agile delivery cycles, including sprint planning, workload & requirement sizing, daily standups, and backlog grooming.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular delivery status updates and project reporting.
  • Identify delivery gaps and drive improvements aligned with both client expectations and team capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management / Delivery Experience.
  • Sound understanding of Agile Methodologies.
  • Knowledge in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Web Technologies & REST API, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PPT is preferred.
  • Good to have SAP ERP Modules Exposure (Finance, Logistics, Order fulfillment), Adobe AEM or Other CMS background.
  • Consumer Electronics or Similar Domain Knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive change.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and web technologies is preferred.
