Job Description:

The primary role of a Technical Project Lead is to oversee the successful delivery of technology projects. This involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

As a Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives within organizations by identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation to ensure effective communication among stakeholders and project team members.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues related to technical deliverables, proactively resolving any roadblocks to ensure project success.
  • Ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines across all development activities.
  • Providing regular updates on project progress, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
