Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team in the Central Kitchen.

Dishwasher Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
  • Ensure all items are stored in their proper places after cleaning
  • Maintain dishwashing area, sinks, and floor clean and organized
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage appropriately
  • Report any faulty or damaged equipment to the supervisor promptly
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards in a Halal kitchen environment
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
  • Physically fit; able to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads (up to 20kg)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Able to work on weekend/public holiday

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
  • Saturday: 9am - 1pm
