About the Role:

  • Assist in providing strategic legal advice on overall legal and compliance matters in ASEAN regions.
  • Support the development of internal regulations and good governance systems for group companies in ASEAN regions.
  • Collaborate with outside counsels and relevant departments at HQ to draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Monitor legal developments in ASEAN regions and keep the Company updated.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent qualifications.
  • Significant years of legal experience.
  • Good understanding of legal knowledge and experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Japanese languages.
