KINGSMEN DESIGN PTE LTD is seeking a skilled design project manager to lead the execution of exciting design projects from inception to completion. As a design project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from understanding client needs to managing delivery within timeline.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need minimum 5 years of experience managing design projects in the Retail/Corporate industry. You should have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex design projects on time and within budget. Additionally, you will need excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both written and verbal formats. Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential, as is the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining deadlines. You will also require proficiency in design visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) systems is a plus. Experience with design procurement and tendering processes is also highly valued.
