Job Title: Marine Engineer

Job Description:

As a marine engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of marine vessels. Your responsibilities will include inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing engines, onboard systems, and other equipment.

  • Inspect and maintain engines, onboard systems, and other equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in marine equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing according to manufacturer standards.
  • Conduct sea trials and operational tests after repairs or installations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in marine/mechanical/electrical engineering. A diploma in one of these fields is preferred, but hands-on experience in repairing marine vessels is also welcomed.

  • Candidate must have a strong understanding of marine vessel operations and maintenance practices.
  • Hands-on experience in repairing marine vessels is an asset.
