Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for performing daily inventory-related tasks, managing cycle counts, inbound, holding stock health, returns, transfers, adjustments, losses, and damages.

You will ensure proper control of FIFO (First-In-First-Out) for continuing items, discontinued items, and manage expiry and batch in the system. Additionally, you will promote inventory efficiency through optimization and idea generation.

Your role will also involve controlling and minimizing OOS (Out-of-Stock) and backorder ratios. You will closely work with Store Ops, Warehouse Ops, Finance, and Key Account Management teams to achieve these goals.

Other responsibilities include analyzing and preparing weekly reports on inventory state and periodic reports for management review. You will also manage client inventory moves and transitions, as well as quarterly/annual stock count activities.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in handling inventory.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English is mandatory.
  • Ethical, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
