Live Performance Artiste Job Description

The role of Live Performance Artiste involves taking centre stage and captivating audiences with dynamic live shows. This entails a high level of energy, charisma, and showmanship.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Performing live shows in various venues, adapting to diverse settings and audience demographics.
    • Collaborating with other performers and creative team members to create cohesive, engaging performances.
    • Developing and rehearsing new choreography, music, and dialogue to maintain the artistic edge.
    • Staying informed about industry trends, attending workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Representing the organization professionally in all interactions with the public and other industry professionals.
    • Maintaining and managing performance-related equipment, costumes, and props.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas, environments, and audience expectations.
  • Strong negotiation, management, and leadership skills for effective team management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for data analysis and presentation.
  • Excellent presentation, administration, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and protocols for maintaining professionalism.
