Community Engagement Professional

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for community building and a proven track record in developing and executing successful community engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy to foster a strong sense of community among office tenants, including the planning and execution of annual events, activities, and programs.
- Design and manage a community management social media presence to grow followers and maintain tenant engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue opportunities for value-added services and programs that enhance the office community experience.
- Support Asset Enhancement Initiative efforts for office developments, including forward facilities planning and placemaking strategies.
- Provide communications support for office sector initiatives and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business, or Marketing or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in launching community initiatives, marketing, or communications.
- Experience in community management and/or co-working space is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital media channels.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with people.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, independent, and a strong team player.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
