HVAC Service Engineer

The primary goal of this role is to perform technical duties related to the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This includes troubleshooting issues with refrigeration cycles, heating, and ventilation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend or lead a team of workers at job sites to carry out various activities including: HVAC commissioning, servicing, and installation of equipment/appliances, troubleshooting, survey/inspection, resource and project planning.
  • Liaison with clients on project technicalities when required.
  • Write survey/inspection reports, prepare progress reports and close-out reports for each assigned task.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration Engineering (Bachelor's Degree)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the HVAC field
  • Proficient in Refrigeration Cycle and HVAC troubleshooting
  • Proficient in written and spoken English communication skills
  • Proficient in material take-off and labor estimation for HVAC projects
  • Good understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and HVAC controls (Electrical and PLC)
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Good leadership, coaching, and analytical skills

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge and skills related to HVAC systems, as well as strong communication and leadership abilities.
